I think it’s easy to see all different supplements and brands on the market, and think we need to be taking what everyone else is taking. the goal of supplements is all in the name - to supplement what we might not be getting from our diet to help us feel our best all-around.
as a functional health coach and personal trainer, I know in the health and wellness field, a lot of people think supplements can be gimmicky. I don’t really think that, but I am definitely in the camp of: “sometimes, supplements are just really expensive pee.”
